An estimate looks wrong
There is a faster route than email. At the bottom of the panel, click Wrong? Flag it, pick what looks off, and send it. That attaches the listing's facts and the estimate we produced, which is exactly what is needed to work out why. You can add a note, and you do not have to turn on data sharing to send one.
Two things that are worth checking first, because they explain most surprises. Outside San Diego County the estimate comes from a public rent index for the ZIP code rather than a local model, and the panel says so with lower confidence. And on a building, the number is per floor plan rather than for the building as a whole.
The panel did not appear
It only runs on rental listings at zillow.com, and only on pages you open yourself. If it is missing on a listing, reload the page once. If it still does not appear, email the listing URL.
Delete my data
If you turned on sharing and want everything associated with your install removed, open the panel's flag form to find your install identifier, then email it and it will be deleted. Turning sharing off stops anything further being sent. The full detail of what is held and for how long is in the privacy policy.
